Notice of Change of User Agreement

Hello. This is InterparkTriple Co., Ltd.
Effective October 24, 2024, we will be implementing updates to the current User Agreement to clarify certain provisions.
We kindly ask all members to review these changes to ensure uninterrupted use of our services.
■ Purpose of the Revisions
- To prevent fraudulent use of the ticket reservation service and enhance entry convenience by introducing additional identity verification systems

Article 31 (Offer of Reservation Services)

3. The company may request identity verification from a specialized agency when processing the identity verification mentioned in the preceding clause.

Article 33 (Regulation on False Purchase)
1.To protect bona fide users, the company may restrict ticket reservations or cancel them for a certain period for customers who engage in the following:

3. Objections and inquiries
- If you have any objections or inquiries regarding the revised terms, please contact the Customer Center ( tickethelp@interparktriple.com).
- If you do not express consent or objection to the revised terms by October 23, 2024, you will be deemed to have agreed to the revised terms.
- If you do not agree with the revised terms, you may request to terminate your use of the service. We sincerely thank all our members for their continued support of interpark global, and we will continue to strive to provide better services.
