Notice on user interface improvements for ticket reservation II
Hello, It's an Interpark Ticket.
Interpark Ticket continues to make various efforts to assist users in making safer and faster reservations.
Changes:
- An intuitive seating arrangement that accurately represents actual venues
You can select a seat at a glance, without having to switch floors.
- Optimized mobile booking experience
It is free to zoom in and out, and even on small screens, regardless of the user's location, either domestic or international.
- Coherent booking process across all devices
The same process will be followed for all channels, including PC, Mobile, and APP.
Applied products:
- The improved seat selection UX will gradually roll out, beginning with some of the designated seat products.
- New interfaces are applied to individual products without prior notice.

On the booking completion screen, we will solicit feedback and suggestions on the newly changed booking experience.
