FacePass is a system introduced to streamline the procedures and time required for identity verification and to prevent the illegal sale and distribution of tickets.
Once face registration is complete, your face will be scanned by a camera at entry, allowing you to enter without ticket verification.
You can register via "My Page > FacePass."
Alternatively, you can register through your booking details or mobile Ticket for products with FacePass.
Face registration follows these steps:
Click the "Register Your Face" button. For PC, scan the QR code with your smartphone. (Consent to providing personal information to third parties is required.)
Select the app for face registration.
Review the terms and click "Agree and Continue."
Take photos of your face from the front, as well as from the top, bottom, left, and right angles.
Once face registration is complete, click the [OK] button.
If the face you are trying to register differs from the one previously registered, registration will fail. Registered face information is retained for one year after consent withdrawal to prevent misuse.

To prevent fraudulent use of the service, once a face is registered, it cannot be modified.
Please ensure no one else uses your account. If someone registers face information using your phone or account, the company is not responsible for any resulting issues.
